Do low carb diets really work?

Low carbohydrate diets do tend to work in the
short term; however, the weight loss tends to
be non-permanent and the weight is usually
gained back when eating carbohydrates is
resumed. Low carbohydrate diets are not the
healthiest way to lose weight. The best way
to lose weight is to healthy, eating
well-balanced meals in smaller portions.
