What kind of cooking oil is best for low-fat weight loss?

Answered By Editor

Good cooking oil should be low in saturated fat and trans fat and should be high in good fats namely monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fats. Among all the oils, olive oil can be trusted the most. You can also use safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola and ground nut oil. These will help reduce your cholesterol level Also, avoid animal fats. Butter and palm oil should not be used for cooking. Furthermore, oil should not be heated too much for cooking.
