should return to its 'normal' state. Do

training and cardiovascular, while reducing

body in the overall transition. Water
consumption is also a big factor in
elasticity of the skin, so be sure to drink
lots of water daily. Of course, surgery is
an alternative to these options but there are
many more inherent risks in any surgical
procedure.
