can find a friend to join you in your journey
to weight loss. You can join a support group,
such as Weight Watchers, and gain group
support. You can also join online communities
such as SparkPeople.com that provide you with
tools necessary to support you in your weight
loss.
One of the best ways to stay motivated is to
measure your progress. Weigh yourself at
least once a week. Take your measurements
every other week. By seeing the progress you
are making, it will help keep you progressing
toward your goal. Of course, having the
support of friends and family makes the
journey easier.
