600 calories a day isn’t a very good way of going about things in the first place. You would be losing the weight but not in a very healthy way. You should have a minimum of 1000 calories a day. If you only eat 600 calories a day your body will think it’s starving and store any food you eat as fat.
2 pounds a week isn’t a bad goal. I think if you exercise for at least a half hour a day, eat lots of fruits and veggies (you can fill up on them with minimal impact on your weight…they go right through you Lil), calcium supplements (can in fact make you regular). Don’t leave out meat. White meat is good for losing weight but you should still eat red meat on occasion. Fibre is your best friend…eat lots.
So really its not how much you eat its what you eat. If you lose your weight in a healthy way it will be more likely to stay off. As for the diet pills you’re better off eating well because they really don’t do much. Though if you really want to take them try something with Acai berry in it. I hope i helped you a little.
