How can I keep from losing weight too fast?

Can you answer thecrazyone’s question about Weight Loss?:

I have read that to healthily lose weight you need to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I have started exercising and dieting and am losing it alot faster than that, while I don’t want to complain I am worried about how fast I’m losing it.
I’ve lost over 20lbs in less than a month
