Weight Loss Feedback: Get up an hour earlier than usual and go for a 5 mile run or power walk just 3 or 4 times a week. Together with your healthy diet - lots of fruit, veg and water will guarantee results!

Weight Loss Feedback: laxatives are not natural!!

You can try eating many vegetables but I do and I actually gained weight- and I didnt eat potatoes, swedes, parsnips..etc, just broccoli, cabbage and cauliflour!

The best thing you can do is eat a balanced diet, if you miss out on a nutrient or vitamin, your body sends out cravings for you to eat whatever it is you are lacking. Then you end up ruining the diet.
Or worse still, if you are like me and only eat friut and veg, and do managed to override the cravings you get (difficlut but possible), your body stops working properly, as I dont eat protien (I am just beginning to do this but gradually) I have poor muscle streghtn, I look like I am pregnent as I have such poor muscle strenth all over my body and when I eat my stomach finds it hard to stay flat or even flatter, so I end up with a bulge, I then get asked, once a day atlease, if I am pregnent. I am not. 100% not. I just have poor mucle as I have (as blood tests have proven) become deficeint in protien.

I do take muti vitamins, but protien cannot be obtained this way, it must be through food, so if you are thinking of any wierd or quirky diets whihc you feel are ’safe’ as they are ‘natural’, take my advice as an ex-anorexic, (yes seriously) make sure the diet is balanced an healthy!

Weight Loss Feedback: Walking is the best thing to do. It targets the fat in ALL areas instead of specific areas as if you were lifting weights or push ups which just targets mainly the arms and upper area. In addition to this…do NOT go back and refuel yourself with sodas for which they weaken your bones, and don’t eat any greasy stuff. If you drink a full glass of water (8 oz.) it will reduce your hunger cravings. Don’t try to starve yourself because that’ll force you to over eat when the hunger gets to you so keep your diet regular but healthy as possible. Remember….Walk daily (and slowly increase to jogging, then running…the goal is to make your heart rate faster which in turn causes you to lose weight and boosts metabolism), keep a balanced diet, and you’re guaranteed results.
